International transfers

Flutter Love is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards in our service providers' data processing terms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Do Not Track

We don't track you across other websites or apps, so we treat all visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website has no cookies, analytics or third-party trackers.

Security

Photos are stored privately and are shown only to members allowed to see them. Access is limited by strict database rules, and staff accounts require two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about any breach as the law requires.

Children

Flutter Love is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
